China Eastern Airlines will launch new route from Dublin to Shanghai
A major development in air travel sees China Eastern Airlines introducing the first-ever direct service connecting Dublin with Shanghai Pudong. This new route also becomes the longest nonstop flight currently operating from Dublin Airport!
China Eastern Airlines has launched a major new service marking the first-ever direct flights between Dublin and Shanghai, significantly strengthening air links between Ireland and China. The route will operate from 21st July three times per week, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Flight times are approximately 13 hours and 20 minutes from Shanghai to Dublin, and around 12 hours and 5 minutes on the return journey. Fares are expected to start from about €644 for a round trip, depending on the season, making this landmark route an important new option for both business and leisure travel.
